E-TICKETS Tickets are available 28 to 14 days prior to flight departure. All tickets and vouchers are now produced in electronic format and will be sent to you via email or fax. e-documents must be presented along with proper identification at check-in for departure flight, return flight. - Bookings made within 72 hours to flight departure will be available from your tour operator representative at the airport counter prior to check-in. We recommend that you arrive at the airport 3 hours prior to departure as airline cut-off times vary between 45 - 60 mins. Please check with the airline directly.
- All etickets are valid only for the flight purchased and cannot be exchanged for other flights or departure times.
- If an eticket is lost in destination, there will be a $35.00 administration fee charged for reissuance.
BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE: You must consult your specific airline for weight restrictions on chartered and scheduled service. Lost or damaged baggage is the responsibility of the airline, which may have limited liability. We strongly recommend that you purchase insurance for loss of, or damage to, baggage. In the event of damaged, lost or delayed baggage, please contact the airline representative prior to leaving the airport. Failure to do so will invalidate your claim. AIRPORT CHECK-IN: Check-in opens three hours prior to departure and closes 60 minutes prior to departure. Passengers will be denied boarding if they have not checked in by that time. It is the passenger(s) responsibility to arrive at the airport on time and after check-in, to proceed to the correct departure gate by the time specified on your boarding pass. Online Travel Centre/ Tour Operators cannot be held responsible if you missed your flight. FLIGHT TIMES & RECONFIRMATION: All flights times, carriers, equipment along with itineraries are subject to change with or without prior notice. If Online Travel Centre is aware of a change, every effort will be made to advise you as soon as possible. Please contact the airlines 24 hours prior to departure to reconfirm flight times. In the event of a flight delay related to weather, traffic, or another force major situation, it may not be possible for the carrier to provide meals and/or accommodations. Online Travel Centre regretfully cannot accept responsibility for lost wages, missed holiday time or any other additional charges incurred as a result of changes in flight times. CONNECTING FLIGHT TIMES: Online Travel Centre recommends that passenger(s) allow them selves the minimum approved connecting time by the applicable airline in order to ensure that they do not run the risk of missing their flight. All connecting flight reservations are made at the risk of the passenger(s) who hereby agrees to assume the cost of any loss in the event of a change to the original flight. Online Travel Centre cannot be held liable for damages or additional fees incurred by passenger(s) owing to a missed flight connection, whatever the reason. REFUNDS FOR UNUSED TRAVEL SERVICES: No refund is made for unused travel services or any portion therefore, nor is the price or value of unused travel services exchangeable for alternative arrangements. You are encouraged to purchase the appropriate insurance coverage. DOCUMENTATION: It is the traveler’s responsibility to determine what documentation is necessary for travel to each country. Online Travel Centre will assume no responsibility whatever for passenger(s) denied carriage by the Air Carrier, or refused entry into any country. LAWS & CUSTOMS: In order to familiarize yourself with relevant laws and customs, and the necessary documentation for your travel and return to Canada, we recommend you to discuss these matters with the relevant tourist boards, embassies or consulates for the countries that you will be visiting. SPECIAL REQUESTS: Special meals or other requirements such as room location, bed preferences, etc. must be requested at the time of booking. While Online Travel Centre will attempt to accommodate special requests, Online Travel Centre will not be held responsible if such requests cannot be fulfilled. Online Travel Centre & Tour Operators and /or its agents do not assume responsibility for any claims, losses, damages, costs or expenses arising out of personal injury or death, loss of enjoyment, upset, disappointment, distress or frustration, whether physical or mental, resulting from any of the following: i) Any negligent act or omission by the airlines, or their personnel, or any company or person not under our direct control. ii) Government actions, weather, equipment failure, labour disputes, sickness, theft, or any other cause beyond our direct control. iii) Failure of the passenger to obtain the necessary documentation or health regulations to travel. iv) Failure of the passenger to arrive at the airport in time on the day if departure, or missed connections. CANCELLATIONS: Please note all bookings are 100% non refundable and no changes are permitted unless allowed by the Airline and or Tour Operators and are subject to cancellation and or change fees.
