The best part of this resort is the proximity to the beach! and what a beach it is, amazing waves, crystal clear water, loads of silky white sand, all just footsteps from your room, the bar, or the pool. I recommend booking the Deluxe room as they are newer and the beds are so comfortable. The resort is really clean, beautiful grounds. The staff do a great job to keep it this way. Food was good, I enjoy the local cuisine in Dominican, but understand there is a need to have french fries, hamburgers, etc for kids and those who don't want to venture out of their comfort zone. There is something for everyone. This resort caters to families, couples and singles, there was something for everyone, and yet becAuase of the resort layout, no-one got in the others way. This was a true 4*, and when sharing stories on the return home with others who were at a 5* the same week, it seems we had more activities and a better beach than they did. Would I return??? Absolutely and I would highly recommend it to anyone.
